Senior Executive, Property Sales

Responsibilities
– Promoting and selling the existing launch product to the market and clientele.
– Executing all promotional events and campaigns.
– Researching and developing marketing surveys and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
– Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
– Implementing and planning new sales and marketing plans and ideas.

Requirements
– Diploma /Degree holder in related discipline.
– Minimum 3 years of working experience in property sales or real estate.
– Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Experienced is sales closing process and executing marketing campaigns.
– Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.
– Responsible, persevere and patient towards meeting goals.
– Able to converse fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Other languages is desired but not required.
