Account Executive Responsibilities :
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- To perform reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliations and reconciliations for any assigned accounts.
- To support superior with budgeting and forecasting financial activities.
- To perform ad hoc task assigned by superior.
